A Rental Passport is a private, shareable summary of selected rental records and verification signals associated with a Tensu account. It helps a recipient review relevant information in one place.
Rental Passports are designed for Tensu users with rental records they want to organise and share. Available sections depend on the information and verification features supported in the account.
Depending on the account and sharing controls, a Passport may include a profile summary, general tenancy history, aggregated rent-payment information, references and verification labels.
Yes. The owner chooses which supported sections to include before creating a share link. The public service must enforce those choices before returning any data.
Yes. Revocation should stop future access immediately. It cannot erase information a recipient already copied while the link was active.
A link may have an expiry chosen by its owner. If it expires, the owner can create and send a new link without deleting the underlying Passport.
No. Public Passports use direct, high-entropy share codes. Tensu does not provide public lookup by name, email, phone number, address or internal account ID.
No. It is not a credit report, background check, legal certificate or guarantee of tenancy approval. Recipients remain responsible for their own lawful assessment.
PDF export depends on the features available in the authenticated Passport area. A downloaded file is a snapshot and does not update when the online Passport changes.
Check the code first. If the link expired or was revoked, ask the Passport owner to send a new one. Tensu will not disclose private account details while explaining an unavailable link.
